In recent years, there has been a large increase in the number of seniors attending the Barnesville Potato Days Festival. For many, it’s fun to reminisce about the old days while watching the potato picking contest or the Sewing and Stacking Contest. One can relax on a horse-drawn wagon ride through historic Barnesville. It is a chance to enjoy small town America at its finest.

Whatever the case, there are a variety of events sure to please. Friday features the Whist Tournament. The fun continues on Saturday with the Antique Equipment Display, and the Horseshoe Tournament, Pinochle Tournament and Bingo. The Potato Days Festival is a great place to relive old memories while making new ones!
